Salam sejahtera semua warga TMM2.Pernah terfikir nak buat pinjaman ASB / loan ASB? Pasti ada yang pernah terfikir...tapi takut nak cuba kerana memikirkan bayaran bulanan yang perlu dibayar.
Mungkin juga ada yang terfikir..daripada bayar kat bank..baik aku simpan jer bulan2 kat ASB. Masalahnya...berapakah tahap keyakinan anda untuk menyimpan pada kadar tetap (rm500 cthnya) setiap bulan bagi tempoh yang panjang (10 tahun jadilah). Aku pasti ramai yang terkantoi kalau nk simpan bulan2 secara tetap. Tapi...kalau loan ASB...ansuran WAJIB bayar..so nak x nak kenala allocate RM setiap bulan.
Ada yang kata buat loan nih...mendisiplinkan kita untuk buat bayaran bulanan. Walau apa pun..terpulang kepada diri masing-masing.
Kepada sesiapa yang rasa was-was sama ada nak menyimpan atau buat loan..disini aku ada buat pengiraan mudah (simple calculation)....:
Pinjaman : RM100,000.00
Tempoh : 10 tahun
Ansuran Bulanan : RM1,060.00
Andaian : Dividen 7% setahun, setiap tahun
